Navy blue lace knit shrug cropped cardigan

Navy blue lacy knit shrug, or cropped cardigan, brand Dreamers. Originally from ModCloth. Selves are 3/4 length. The lace pattern is very pretty and reminds me of Art Deco. Essentially, it’s a short, very light sweater to cover arms and shoulders; a great way to make a strapless or tank top dress more modest or conservative. Flat lay measurements: Shoulder to hem ~14” Bottom (see photo) ~13” I’m not sure what measurements would be helpful here, if you ask I can post it!
