Navy blue lacey sequin halter neck formal dress

Navy blue lace mermaid style halter neck formal dress from Windsor. It has a keyhole cutout and a zipper down the back, it also has sequins all over. It’s lined so it’s not see through at all. I only wore this once so it’s on nearly perfect condition.
