Navy blue metallic dot blouse

Really great work blouse! Or, perfect with white jeans for a breezy summer too! Navy blue sheer fabric with metallic dots (in between silver and gold in color). Detail on shoulders with a little ruching and fun blouson sleeves. 100% polyester. Hand wash cold or dry clean, iron on low heat, hang dry. Has a slight high low hem and measures approximately 19" from bottom of scoop neck to bottom hem and 24 1/2" from top of back neck to bottom hem. 14" from under arm to bottom side hem.
