Navy blue mini dress

Cotton-feeling fabric with a sequin design on the front. Small tie detailing on the back. Very cute and comfortable but I am 5/9 and it fit a bit short for my comfort. It'll be better for someone a bit shorter than me. It is true to size so I don't think a size M would comfortably fit. Worn maybe twice ever.
