Navy blue mini dress.

It’s a gorgeous mini dress, it’s says it size medium but I think it’s more size small. It’s brand new , but have no tags . I was hoping to loose weight and fit in it , but it never happened . So I think this dress deserve to be weared at least once. It’s missing a few rocks on left shoulder but this is how I bought it , it’s not very visible and can be fixed . It’s made in the USA.
