Navy blue mini dress with lace cutout!

Size: fits a xs or small! Doesn’t have tag t back, center of dress has see through lace detailing (4th picture), dress is thicker material, no layers, and checkered stitches. Good condition, only a few knicks is the lace but nothing noticeable. Could be worn as a casual/semi formal dress! *would be cute for the 4th of July ;)
