Navy blue off-shoulder sheer dress

This is a beautiful dress that is great for casual or more formal events. It has a small spot on the front (I think it is glue that I couldn't get to come out), but it is not noticeable while wearing. The dress is short, but is very cute when on. Each arm has a thin braided shoulder strap, then the bell sleeves fall loosely down your arms. There is also a braided string that you can tie into a bow or knot at the neckline.
