Navy blue patterned textured old navy skirt

This is a cute, comfy skirt that’s such an easy but dressy casual addition to an outfit! The color is navy blue, although slightly off from what a typical navy blue is, in my opinion, so the last photo shows the skirt on top of a navy blue tank top to show the difference. The pattern is a cute diamond/floral sort of pattern. The outer layer of the skirt is a crinkled, textured fabric— see pic four. The inner layer is silky polyester. No flaws that I can find!
