Navy blue peasant style top size small

Very chick peasant style top in a navy blue. I cut off the tag a while back and have no idea what the brand is. The size is small but might be able to fit a medium, no stretch in the material. Feels like silk. The cuffs on the sleeves give it a really cute look.
