Navy blue pinstriped dress pants

This is a Forever21 navy blue and white pinstriped dress pants or trousers. It has front pockets and stitched pockets in the back. The material is stretchy throughout the pants and the waistband has an elastic. The wear is comfortable and loose fitting. The band at the bottom of the pants is pre-stitched. The pants has belt loops so that you can wear a belt with the pants if you’d like. My height is 5’2” and the pants drops at my ankles. The pants is in okay condition. It was worn 3-4 times. Measurements: LENGTH: 38 inches WAIST: 26 inches (elastic band so it will stretch) CROTCH INSEAM: 13 inches
