Navy blue polka dot dress

This polka dot dress is absolutely adorable, I bought it at a small boutique store. It is form fitting with a diamond shaped opening just below your chest and above the belly button. It was quite short on me as I am 5'10", I would suggest someone shorter buy this. It was worn only once.
