Navy blue polyester slacks

No size tag so please go by measurements. Measures approximately waist 15 across Length 40.5 Inseam 28 Hem 8.25 Polyester Has zipper n the left side with a button closure at the top. Inside the front has a stretchable control panel in white. Pleated front. Backside has the outer layer stitching missing & needs redone for about 5-6 inches. See picture for detail.
