junececelia @mjay81 the waist is slightly elasticized and also has a drawstring so it is adjustable. It’s maximum width laying flat is about 15 1/2 inches. The measurement at which I usually wore it is 13 inches (I’m usually a size 4). The bust is somewhat loose/blousy on my with a B cup size. There’s definitely room for a bigger cup size- the top of the dress is not form-fitting in the front.
