Navy blue semi-formal dress.

This dress can both be worn casually or at a place you are expected to dress up a little like a wedding. Honestly, I’ve only worn this once or twice at the most. I’m 5’10” and find I don’t like wear the waist clinches in, but I think anyone shorter than me would look really cute in this. No damage on the dress. It is double lined.
