Navy blue sequin and bead cocktail dress

I have a older cocktail dress from Macy's bought around 2005 made by Adrianna Papell never worn just been hanging in my closet some of the beads are falling off but can easily be reattached. size 2 but has stretch would probably fit up to a size 4.
