Navy blue shirt dress

Button up navy blue shirt dress. Thick material. Gold hardware. The waist can be cinched tighter if needed with the toggles. I’m 5’6”. It’s 36” long from shoulder. At the waist across is 13” (so at least 26”) but it’s elastic. Can be pulled tighter or I imagine stretch about. It’s an H&M 4 which I tend to find h&m runs small. I only wore this once.
