Navy blue silk Parker dress

Navy blue 100% silk Parker dress. Top is unlined. Bottom is two layers. Very fun sleeve. One button needs to be tightened, it is loosely hanging. Depending on how it fits you the buttoned area can separate slightly like in photo. It’s a true navy blue even if photo might look like it’s not. Great condition. Elastic waist. Bottom part about 15” long. Sleeve about 18.5” from underarm to end. (S) dry clean only
