Navy blue silk polka dot dress size 2 petite

Light silk fabric with two layers (inside layer is navy and outside layer is navy with white dots). It still has a lot of wear left. I am 5'3" and the dress hits at the knee. The total Length is about 34 inches. Straps are adjustable. Fits size 0-2.
