Navy blue sparkly casual formal dress

This is a casual formal dress, perfect for a wedding, cocktail party, homecoming or a school dance. It would fit prom too but It isn’t too dressy. It is a dark blue/navy color with a sparkly top area spaghetti strap. The waist area is not that stretchy and fits like an A Line dress. Size S would fit a 0-2 perfectly
