Navy blue sun dress

Navy blue dress with ruffles covering chest and stitching under bust. Zipper in back with a wrap around tie. Bottom has same stitching as belt. Straps around 2 finger width. Wore as a bridesmaid dress. Size 7/8 (but fits on the smaller side).
