Navy blue tartan skirt, red, yellow, white, green and black stripes size 16

This is a vintage skirt that looks brand new. It feels like wool, but this is from my experience and best guess, it could also be a polyester blend, the only label is included in the photographs, made in the USA , Black buttons down the side front. The skirt is pleated. It hangs beautifully, length is 30 inches, comes from a home that is clean has no pets and is non-smoking 💕
