Perfect condition J. Crew navy blue tweed skirt. With shimmery thread threaded throughout. Colors in the skirts navy, black, cream, and copper shimmer. Slit in the back. In the front it looks like it wraps over with frayed hem detailing (pictured). Beautiful for work or holidays in the winter with black tights! Runs true to size/a bit roomy.
