Navy blue twirly microfiber dress with cutout back and lace shoulder detail

Worn once this dress is in EUC. Microfiber material almost looks/feels like suede. Pretty matching lace detail on the should. Buttons at the neck with two pearlescent buttons above the cutout on the back. Very pretty and twirls like a dream!
