Navy blue velvet wide leg pleated pants

Super soft and stretchy pleated wide leg pants from Endless Rose. They say size Small but definitely would better fit a size medium! The waistband is VERY stretchy, so it should fit a wide range. There are knee high slits on the side of the pants legs. The first photo is an example of the pants in a different color. These ones are not cropped.
