Navy blue wide leg slacks

Brand new, but did not have tags. Navy blue dress pants have pleats in front, button and zip closure, side pockets, with a wide straight leg. Rise is 13 inches and inseam is 29 inches. Tag reads XL and measures 17 inches across waist. Polyester, spandex blend.
