Navy blue women's dress

Navy blue, skin tight dress. V lacing in the front. 3/4 long sleeves. Good condition. Small black mark on sleeve (in picture). 92% polyester & 8% spandex. Goes to my mid thigh on me, but I'm also 5'8.
