🛥✈️Navy blue/White striped Maxi dress

I love this maxi dress! The straps are adjustable, there is a really cute black strap that stretches across the top of the front of the dress and I tried to get a good picture of the elastic fitted part under the Brest area on the inside but it is not a built in bra. It’s super light weight and flowey. I only wore it one time. Great condition! Size XS 100% Rayon. The dress in the cover photo is the same dress but she is wearing the black strap on the back of the dress not in the front.
