Navy captain’s dress

This vintage piece is so unique! Would be stunning with pointed-toe boots and a hat. Price is marked down for some very light wear, which is not really visible due to the dark fabric. No size is listed, I’m guessing it’d be a small (I’m 5’6” and 120lbs for reference).
