Navy chiffon floor length dress

Brand new still has original tags, navy floor length chiffon dress. Size US 2, bust: 32.50 waist: 25.50, never worn except in the photos where I tried it on, bought for wedding but decided on a different gown. Beautiful lace capped sleeves and lace back detail. Excellent for weddings, proms, dances. Etc... paid $130, asking $85 or feel free to make me an offer!
