Navy crepe Halogen off-the-shoulder blouse

Great versatile top from Nordstrom! Can be worn off the shoulders for a modern, fun look, or as a crew neck for a more traditional look (neckline has very stretchy elastic). 3/4 sleeves with elasticized cuffs. Crepe material, but not thin / gauze-like. Great condition, only wore a handful of times!
