Navy crochet and ruffle dress

Navy blue dress with crochet/lace and ruffle details. Love this dress, however I did dry it in the dryer and it is too short for me now (I’m 5’8”). Good news is it probably won’t shrink anymore so if you are shorter than me it would be great! It could also be worn with jeans or pants underneath as a longer shirt. Really sad I can’t wear this anymore as I love the cut and design of it! No flaws noted. Will accept reasonable offers!
