Navy dress 👗

Navy scallop detail dress. 3/4 sleeves. Zip back. Pockets!!!! Fully lined. Flattering fit. Worn once. Has one very small pull in the back as shown in last picture. It’s on the hem line. Absolutely not noticeable when worn. Just had to point it out. Great quality dress. True navy blue color. I know some pictures look more black. Purchased for $59!
