Navy dress

Navy dress with spots pattern. Cute tiered ruffle detail at bottom of dress. Elastic at waist and elastic at wrists. Slight mark at bottom of dress . Not really noticeable (see last pic). Shoulder to hem is about 32 inches (I’m just about 5’4 for reference). Pit to pit is about 17 inches. Worn twice to work Colors may be slightly different than pictures
