Navy dress. Never worn!!

Cute and comfortable dress top is white with polka dots. The top feels like cotton and pretty A-line skirt is a spandex cotton blend. Tag reads size XXL but fits like maybe a 16/18. I’m a 14 and it is too large for me. I love the length Hits just below my knees and the A-line skirt swings!! I love the cut of the bodice and the sleeves have a little split. See picture #4.
