Navy dress with U metal

This is a really pretty dress from ASOS. The bust area is not lined so definitely need pasties or some other type of stick ons. Size petite 00. I think this dress would only be comfortable if natural waist is 23/24. (Don’t mind how my back looks in the second picture, I have scoliosis so the shape does not look symmetrical.)
