Navy dress with flared short sleeves

No brand. Bought from a small boutique store in Asia. Very well made. Flared short sleeves for elegant look. Comes with dress. Inner lining (silk texture very soft). Holds your shape very nicely. Elegant look! Only wore once. In almost new condition. I wear a size small-medium, this fits perfectly.
