Navy dress with sequins

Gorgeous dress wore on cruises several times. Rich navy with light blue sequins that become more dense at bottom. I loved this dress but need to rotate. Even though tag says " dry clean only" this dress has been hand washed and hung to air dry. It still looks as good as when I bought it. I didn't see any sequins missing so if there are, I couldn't tell and provided up close pictures. The material is velvety soft and looks great on. I think the tag says medium, it would fit 6 or 8 well.
