Navy floral high-low wrap dress

Gorgeous wrap dress in a rayon type material. Flowy and feminine. Perfect for a casual summer wedding or dinner date. Got it at a boutique in Little Tokyo. Based on my fit, I recommend for bust ~37-38" and ~27-29" waist. So pretty, but I don't think I ever wore due to me being so busty.
