Navy formal gown by Aqua Dresses

Super flattering long navy formal dress! Purchased from Bloomingdales. The brand is Aqua dresses. Only worn once, never altered, and professionally dry cleaned. I am 5’9” and was able to wear 4” heels for a perfect floor length. Love the mesh on each side to show a little skin.
