Navy gingham dress

New with out tags navy and white gingham button up dress. All buttons function. This dress is cotton and perfect for summer! Buttons will gap if you are larger in the chest. I originally bought a 0 and had gapping, I exchanged for a 2 which still had gapping but the rest of dress fit well in both sizes.
