Navy halter v-neck dress

Navy blue dress with slightly flared sleeves. Never worn and in good-as-new condition. V-neck in the front and back of dress. Front buttons are for looks only (do not open), and neck has a halter/collar around with buttons closing the collar in the back. Fits true to size and slightly cinched at waist. I am selling because it is a little too short for me (5'8") but should hit anyone shorter than me at about mid-thigh.
