Navy lace dress

Super pretty navy lace Nordstrom brand dress with 3/4 sleeve and v-neck. The sleeves are sheer lace and the rest of the dress is lined. Zips up in the back. There are a few very small snags (pictured) but not noticeable at all when worn. Has a hem at the waist line, making it very flattering! Make me an offer!
