Navy laced top very elegant

Navy top with lace down the sides and on the back which is printed in roses. This top has a ruffle on the bottom and has 3/4 sleeve, this top can be worn with anything from pants, skirts to jeans. Brand new still has tags on it from Charming Charlie!
