Navy long sleeve top/ pure silk/ ruffled/ asym/

Elizabeth and James blouse in a rich navy. Ruffle hem at the front and longer in the back for a laid-back yet very elegant look. Very flattering for all chest sizes. A designer with excellent quality overall. I have three and decided to get rid of the one I wear least since I’m unemployed now!
