Navy maxi skirt embroidered/textured size XL vintage 90s

Great condition maxi skirt with super cute detailing, only flaw is a tiny hole on back of skirt shown in 4th pic. Drawstring waist, made in India, 100% viscose. Could fit an XL if you want it to sit at your waist, however, it could fit smaller sizes if you want it to sit at your hips.
