Navy mini dress fit and flare tie front lace dress

This is a fit and flare navy chiffon like material dress. It’s very lightweight and flattering. There is a bit of lace that is see through in the arms (pictured) and other lace is backed. Sleeves are puffy ❤️All items come freshly washed (unless they are brand new with tags), and are in a pet free and non smoking home ❤️
