Navy mini skirt 26 inch waist

This is a beautiful European brand Beggon mini skirt, European size 38, very dark navy color, fully lined, zipper in back. Material feels like suede, but has a slight stretch to it, very comfortable. I purchased this in Europe, but sadly it no longer fits me. Please look at pictures with measurements. It’s hard to capture the dark navy blue color, the last picture is most accurate. Smoke free and pet free home.
