Navy, 3/4 sleeve, off the shoulder, wide leg pant romper. Elastic on shoulder to hold off shoulder, elastic on sleeve bottom and on waist. Waist also has draw string detail. Has pockets. No size, but is a small. Fits loose/ runs bigish
