Navy open back dress

Worn a couple times, I just don’t have a use for this dress anymore! I’m not sure what size it is exactly as the tag is cut, but fits like an xs and came from a local boutique. It has the option of becoming longer as it was slightly hemmed but the thread underneath can be removed. It’s also padded, and has a side zipper.
