Navy patterned Wrap Dress NWT

This mock-wrap-styled dress is great for work or a night out! The top crosses over to give the look of a wrap dress. It has a tie in the front. The dress is navy (it does look very slightly darker in the pics) it has a flared/flowy bottom, but fitted top. It’s a slightly longer sleeve but above the elbow. (Longer than short sleeve).
